Once you approve the Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for your piece and production begins, the sale is final. We encourage you to review the CAD design carefully and communicate any changes before approval, as no alterations can be made once production has started.
Deposits and subsequent payments for cancelled orders are non-refundable. Production incurs costs that cannot be recovered if an order is cancelled after approval.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repairing or replacing the item at our discretion.
