All custom-made jewellery orders require an initial deposit. Deposits are non-refundable once production begins. The balance is due upon completion of your order and must be paid before delivery or collection. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

Custom Design and Approvals

All custom jewellery orders are subject to design approval. By confirming designs, sketches, or prototypes, you acknowledge that specifications are correct. Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs or may not be possible.

Custom designs remain the intellectual property of Galiah Belvi unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers may not reproduce or replicate the designs.

Delivery and Shipping

We offer both national and international delivery. Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and the weight of the item. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

While we take care to ensure safe delivery, Galiah Belvi is not liable for delays or damages once items are in transit. Lead times for custom jewellery may vary. While we provide estimates, minor delays may occur.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, refunds or exchanges for custom pieces are not available. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns regarding your order.
